As EcoShipYard reaches its 30th month, the project continues to advance its mission of reducing the environmental impact of shipyards, improving energy efficiency, optimising operations, and addressing the non-operational impacts of the shipbuilding and ship repair sector. Bringing together shipyards, research organisations, and technology providers from across Europe, EcoShipYard is exploring innovative solutions for circular material management, including the development and implementation of an EU Material Passport for ships. This fifth edition of the newsletter showcases the latest technical advancements achieved across the Work Packages and highlights the key events and activities that marked the project over the previous months.
