T5.2 brings the findings from earlier work packages closer to implementation. Building on the process knowledge and assessment frameworks developed in WP3 and WP4, DLR contributes to translating these insights into solutions that can be tested in practice.

Our focus is on ensuring that proposed solutions are based on a clear understanding of shipyard production processes and the areas where improvement is actually needed. This helps connect analytical work with operational reality, rather than developing concepts in isolation.
