The Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Management Reporting is designed to ensure the successful implementation, monitoring, and evaluation of the ESY project’s performance metrics. This report provides a comprehensive framework for collecting, analyzing, and reporting KPI data, facilitating effective decision-making and quality assurance throughout the project lifecycle. Specifically, it identifies relevant KPIs for measuring the environmental, social, and economic sustainability of shipyards and develops a framework for collecting, analyzing and reporting KPI data to enable decision-making. This is the 1st draft on this subject, with two more detailed following on M18 and M36.
