The Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Management Reporting is designed to ensure the successful implementation, monitoring, and evaluation of the ESY project and its outputs’ performance metrics. This report provides a comprehensive framework for collecting, analyzing, and reporting KPI metrics, facilitating effective decision-making and quality assurance throughout the project lifecycle. Specifically, it identifies relevant KPIs for measuring the progress of the tasks performed in the project and the impact of their respective outcomes. This is the second draft on this subject; the final version will follow in M36.
